Tween Xstream is proud to launch a brand new TV series called Socially Acceptable. A 10 episode series that will teach kids how to use social media correctly, and how to keep themselves safe.
Social media has become such a big part of our daily lives. One can almost say that it has taken over our lives in some way, especially when it comes to kids. Kids are spending more and more time on the phones than ever before, sharing everything about their lives for the whole world to see.
Social media can be a great tool if used correctly, but that is where the problem lies. There is nowhere that kids can learn the dangers of social media, and how they can protect themselves. And that is why Tween Xstream has created Socially Acceptable. A show that will teach kids how to protect themselves, cut down on screentime, etc.
Here is a list of the topics that will be covered in this series:
- FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)
- Think before you post
- Emotional well-being
- Addiction to social media
- Cyber bullying
- Catfishing
- Identity theft
This show is a must watch for all parents and kids.
Socially Acceptable starts on Tween Xstream on 19 February 2021, and a new episode will be released every month.
