A brand new animated series for girls

Tween Xstream is excited to launch a brand new animated series called Godly Princess. A show that is specifically aimed towards young girls.

The show is about a young princess, Princess Riley, who navigates through life and learns how to be a princess. But she can’t do it alone and therefor she has a tutor named Miss Richelle (Sunette Botha) that will help her.

The life lessons that Princess Riley will learn are all based on Proverbs 31, the chapter in the Bible that describes the godly woman. This will be a very affective way to teach young girls biblical values on how to become a godly woman.

“Stories are so powerful”, says Eon de Bruin, creator of this animation series. “Jesus also used stories, like the storie of the Good Samaritan, to help people understand his message better, and to tell stories to kids through animation is a powerful combination. Through a show like Godly Princess, young girls can learn and understand so much easier on how to be a woman that pleases God.”

The show also features Sunette Botha, who can be seen in season 4 of Via TV’s Ster Status. Sunette has a huge passion for kids and is also the brand ambassador for Arms of Mercy, a NPO that helps young kids with terminal deseases, cancer, etc.

“Tween Xstream has won international awards for their animation shows such as Superheld101 and Don’t be A Fool, but we believe that we have taken our shows to another level with Godly Princess,” says Eon. “This time we combined live acting with the animation word, which was really tricky, because you need to get the timing right between the actor and the fictional animated charcter during filming, but I think we pulled it off.”

Godly Princess will launch on National Woman’s Day on 9 August 2022 and everyone with young girls are invited to attend the online premiere where families will watch episode 1 together. Each family that attends this online premiere will also receive R400 worth of goodies. The premiere is absolutely free and open to anyone with young girls. We want as much families to attend the premiere as possible. Registrations can be made at the link below.
