Tween Xstream

Earlier this year we launched our Tween Xstream Write A Story competition, and we received entries from all across South Africa.

We are proud to announce this year’s winners.

The Tale of Lan-Thundra

Chess pieces from long ago – are no ordinary pieces. They come alive. After many years they were left in the attic by its owner – a teenage boy who only plays electronic games now. The pieces decided to also become digital and fight a different type of war.

Pieter Kruger

Whilst busy with a treasure hunt, Peter Kasceu comes across a mysterious find from outers space. Will this find be friend or foe?

The Last Doxarian

Congratulations to all our winners and thank you to everyone who participated. The stories we received was fantastic and we definitely think that this competition should be an annual occurrence.

The first prize includes turning the story into an animated short film. We will start production on Ricus’ story early 2023. We can’t wait to share the final short film with everyone.
