Welcome to Tween Xstream’s CollectaVerse. We are committed to providing a fun, safe, and secure environment for children to collect and trade digital cards from our streaming platform. Your privacy—and the privacy of your children—is our top priority.
1. COPPA Compliance
Our app is designed to be fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, use, or share any personal information from children under the age of 13.
2. Information We DO NOT Collect
To keep our experience safe and “money-saving”, we avoid gathering unnecessary data.
- No Location Tracking: We do not track your GPS or physical location.
- No Private Messaging: There is no open-chat feature between users.
- No Third-Party Advertising: We do not include third-party ads that track user behavior.
- No Sale of Data: We never sell or rent any user data to third parties.
3. Information We Collect (And Why)
We only collect the bare minimum needed to make the app work:
- Account Credentials: A username and password (or a parent’s email) used strictly for account recovery and to save your card collection.
- App Activity: We track which cards are collected and redeemed so the trading and referral systems work correctly.
- Referral Data: We track referral codes to reward users with “Epic Cards” or badges as part of our gamification program.
4. How Data is Used
Data is used solely to:
- Maintain the user’s card collection and token balance.
- Allow for secure trading between friends via unique codes.
- Update the
card_countfield to ensure accuracy in the user’s profile.
5. Parent’s Rights
