Welcome to Tween Xstream’s CollectaVerse. We are committed to providing a fun, safe, and secure environment for children to collect digital cards. Your privacy—and the privacy of your children—is our top priority. Our app is designed to be fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy.

1) Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This app is primarily directed at children. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share any personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, except as permitted by COPPA to support the internal operations of the app.

2) Information We Collect (And Why)

We only collect the bare minimum needed for app functionality:

  • Account Credentials: A username and password (or a parent’s email) used strictly for account recovery and to save your card collection.
  • App Activity: We track which cards are collected and redeemed so the trading and referral systems work.
  • Persistent Identifiers: We may collect non-sensitive identifiers (like a unique Device ID) solely to maintain the card_count field, prevent fraud, and manage your token balance.

3) Advertising & AdMob Disclosure

To keep this app free and “money-saving” for families, we use Google AdMob to serve rewarded video advertisements.

  • Non-Personalized Ads: We serve only non-personalized, contextual ads to all users.
  • Child-Directed Treatment: All ad requests are tagged for Child-Directed Treatment (TFCD).
  • Content Filtering: We set a maximum ad content rating of “G” (General Audience) to ensure all ads are appropriate for children.
  • No Tracking: We do not allow third-party ad tracking or interest-based advertising.

4) Information We DO NOT Collect

To keep our experience safe, we explicitly avoid gathering:

  • No Precise Location: We do not track your GPS or physical location.
  • No Open Communication: There is no open-chat or private messaging feature.
  • No Sale of Data: We never sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties.

5) Data Security & Encryption

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (using HTTPS/TLS).

6) Parental Rights

Parents have the right to review their child’s information, request its deletion, or refuse further collection at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at: shows@tweenxstream.com. We will delete any accidentally collected personal information immediately upon request.
